At the Grand Hotel Terme we would like to inform you about all our services, so that you can experience a stay dedicated solely to your well-being.

Can Children have access to the pool?
The covered pool is open to children from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
What are the check in and check out times?
CHECK IN TIME 3 P.M. - CHECK OUT TIME 11:30 A.M.
Is it possible to arrive before the Check-In time?
We have an Early Check-in option which can be requested at the time of booking at a cost of €35 per couple.
You will be able to arrive at the hotel at 10:00 a.m. and enjoy a hearty breakfast until 11:00 a.m. Alternatively, you can also choose to enjoy the Tuscan Bruschetta.
Early Check-in is available from Monday to Thursday except during holiday periods.
Is it possible to use the spa after the Check-Out time?
We have a Late Check-Out option which can be requested at the time of booking at a cost of €34 per person.
You will have the opportunity to enjoy the spa until 6 p.m. You will also get a special light lunch with a salad and a selection of local products included.
Late Check-Out is available from Monday to Thursday except during holiday periods.
Are pets allowed in the hotel?
Our Hotel has rooms for pet lovers, equipped with pad and small bowl. Our Pet Friendly service is available at €18 per day.
